Jelly Button is looking for a sharp manager to take full ownership and responsibility for our monetization department, the ideal candidate will be in charge of a special and talented team and have the opportunity to influence the experience of millions of players worldwide.


  • Manage a team of Monetization managers, Designers & Copywriter.
  • Participate in setting studio’s business strategy
  • Deliver concise business recommendations following detailed analysis
  • Supervise, review and challenge monetization plans including art & copy assets, retention plans, community activities
  • Supervise, review and challenge pricing plans (stores, personal offers), together with the Economy team
  • Collaborate with product teams to help define and prioritize monetization feature roadmaps
  • Participate in product roadmap meetings
  • Collaborate with product teams to help define and prioritize the marketing aspects of new and existing features.
  • Stay up-to-date in evolving monetization strategies in our industry and in adjacent industries
  • Train & mentor monetization managers
  • Assessing new and existing games’ potential
  • Creates predictability in the games' business results
  • Supervise, review and aid monetization AB tests: pricing tests, promotion tests, monetization UI tests (stores, popups, buttons, offers, push notification tests, etc.)
  • Collaborate with analysts to help define and improve monetization reports
  • Collaborate on acquisition and retention efforts to ensure focus on high life time value customer segments
  • Providing insight and leadership for monetization efforts based on quantitative analysis


  • 3+ years of experience in sales/marketing/CRM in the online industry (online gaming an advantage)
  • Proven management experience and skills
  • A charismatic person with the ability to lead, manage and motivate people
  • Strong analytical competencies (Excel) with a focus on consumer behavior in digital entertainment/games
  • Good understanding of company's vision and strong business orientation
  • Self-motivated go-getter who is driven to achieve results creatively
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Logical problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to plan, organize and complete multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • English written/verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the gaming world - Big Advantage
